Mark has been playing drums for many years, a self taught drummer, progressing from church worship music into the live music scene. He has a broad range of musical style from Worship,Mo town, Soul, pop classics to modern up beat rock / indie numbers.

He has introduced an energetic influence to live music, is dedicated to performance and hosts a professional approach to his drumming. Mark uses DW Drum workshop drums & hardware, Sabian cymbals, Roland,Peavey and Samson audio. His influences are Neil Peart (Rush), Thomas Lang (independent), Steve Gadd, Dave Weckl and Roger Taylor (Queen). Mark has recorded with several bands and has been involved in various studio projects over the years.Since been with the Coverup band he has developed his skill and knowledge in musical style, he is a committed, self expressed drummer and is driven by his eagerness to perform.
